Description

The Crossbody Bag PDF sewing pattern is an easy project for beginners or those with basic sewing skills.

Features include 2 front pockets for your cell phone or glasses.  It does not have interior pockets.

Tutorial: Easy to follow step by step instructions with diagrams and/or photographs, materials needed.

Pattern Templates:

  • A0 Large Format Template
  • A4/Letter Single Page Format for your home printer. Instructions for printing pattern at home are included.

If you have any download or printing issues, please contact me and I will send you an alternate format.

Skill Level: Beginner +

You will need: Exterior | Interior fabric, 2 – 1.5” squares iron on interfacing, magnetic closure (optional).

Fabric choices: Cotton or linen, denim, canvas. I encourage natural fabrics are pre-washed/pre-shrunk prior to cutting.

Yardage: .4 m Exterior Fabric | .3 m Lining

Side Seam Allowance (Included in pattern): .5” (1.5 cm)

Finished Size:
Body: 9.5” h x 8.75” w (24 cm h x 22 cm w)
Strap: 42” (106.5 cm)

    Nice pattern and easy to follow. As others have mentioned, the bag is a bit smaller than expected, but should be easy enough to modify. I made a practice one with leftover fabric.

    Super simple pattern with really cute results! I modified it smaller for my Smart Doll to carry her items on a trip. I had a question about the pattern and the seller responded right away with help. I made mine from recycled jeans so it’s probably a bit thick but I love it and would make more!
